SPORT SPECIFIC SESSIONS TO SUIT YOUR TEAMS NEEDS

Our service is unique as we offer sole use of the gym or boxing room, with one of our highly qualified staff leading the session. 

Depending on your club's needs, our instructors will chat with your teams coach and design each session aimed at helping you towards a specific goal. 

Sessions can be based on: 

* Endurance circuit

* Strength training 

* Flexibility and mobility

* Boxing for fitness

* Preseason / Off season fitness training
