Adult Boxing for Fitness:
Monday, Wednesday and Friday 6pm
Youth Boxing for Fitness (10 to 15 year olds) :
Monday, Wednesday and Friday 5pm
Squad (10 to 40 year olds) :
Tuesday, Thursday 6pm and Saturday 8am
Kids (5 to 10 year olds) :
Thursday 4.30pm and Saturday 10am
Our competitive boxers have the option to train 6 days per week by combining the squad sessions with the fitness sessions.
